All this week there's an exhibition of work in progress by my Illustration class at London College of Communication, with the Private View on Thursday 13th, with (hopefully) FREE BEEER and live vinyl DJs. Clinic art man Sean Parker will be showing an excerpt from his Unmonuments project, and there is brand new work from our friends Hugh Barrell, Frances Malthouse and Kirsten Abildgaard. Running alongside the exhibition, there will be a Silent Print Auction, with work from some fantastics artists and designers (see below) with all money raised going towards our Degree Show in June. Bidding starts at just £10, so bring your Christmas pennies and pick up a poster on the cheap.
And after all this excitement, put on your party hats and head back to our spiritual home, the Amersham Arms, for Hard Workers Club 's first fundraiser party. Our very own Sam BW will be making an appearance behind the decks, at a night raising money for a debut photography publication, which is shaping up to be a right treat.
So come along if you want to see this in physical form - a saddle stitched anthology of 7 hardworking art photographers from across the globe - I know I sure do.
