So, this is not too far away now. A week this Saturday we will be celebrating the release of our favourite 6-piece instrumental post-rockers Talons' album, 'Hollow Realm'. You may remember that time way back in February when they played our Magic show, and smashed it. This time around, they will be supported by the Suffer Like G Did, Astrohenge, Sundrums, as well as live poetry readings, a themed exhibition and zine workshop.
Alongside their release, they have commissioned us to base the event around the album, which will entail eight poets ending their sets on a poem especially written to accompany one track, and the exhibition comprising the work of eight artists in response to a track each. We will also be selling a screenprinted pamphlet of all the artwork and writing for you to take away as a reminder of what a bloody great evening it was.
