Suffer Like G Did - Orange EP

If you haven't already, you really need to check this band out. Wholly instrumental, consisting of only drums and guitars, they delicately transfuse conventions of intricate mathrock with contemporary jazz, to make quick and upbeat tracks with ridiculous titles. Their music is audacious as much as it is kind, as punchy as much as it is soothing. Recently they have enjoyed huge sets supporting the likes of Mouse on the Keys, Tubelord and Talons.

Here is what they have to say about themselves and the Orange ep:

Suffer Like G Did are an instrumental four-piece based in Essex and London. Their debut EP was recorded in March 2010 and with newly mixed and remastered versions, it has now become available for the first time on physical release. It was composed, recorded, mixed and artwork designed by members of the band. For fans of: This Town Needs Guns, Tangled Hair, Pennines and the Kinsellas.

So there you have it, purchase it for an extremely modest £3 from their website.
